The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released an official recruitment notification for 53 Junior Engineer (Electrical) posts under the Public Works (Building & NH) Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from here.

SALARY DETAILS

Selected candidates will receive salary in Pay Band-2 of Pay Scale Rs 14,000 to Rs 70,000 with Grade Pay Rs8,700 plus other allowances. First Month Salary will be Aprox.  Rs 34,000

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Educational Qualification: Candidates must be 3 Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute.
2. Diploma course must be a regular course.
3. Diploma obtained through distance education will not be accepted.
4. Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
5. Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
6. PRC or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate will be accepted as domicile proof.
