Candidates must possess the following educational qualifications from AICTE/GOI-recognized institutions:

Other Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be domiciles of the North Eastern Region (NER), i.e., Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, or Tripura.
- Applicants must have completed their Graduate/Diploma examination in 2024 or later.
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
- Candidates with one year or more of work experience after obtaining the prescribed qualification are not eligible.
- Applicants must register on the NATS 2.0 Portal (for Graduate/Diploma Apprentices) or the NAPS Portal (for ITI Trade Apprentices) before applying.
- Candidates must satisfy the medical fitness standards prescribed by the Apprentices Act and AAI before joining

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the following stages:
- Merit List Preparation based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
- Document Verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Medical Fitness Test as per the prescribed standards before engagement.
