Participants are required to deposit ₹200 through a Demand Draft while submitting their sealed quotation.

1. Prepare the quotation in the prescribed format.
2. Attach the required Demand Draft of ₹200.
3. Place the quotation in a sealed envelope.
4. Clearly write "Quotation for Purchase of Condemned Vehicles" on the envelope.
5. Submit the sealed cover to the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Genetic Cell Division, Assam, Basistha, Guwahati before the closing date and time.
